Lifetime Warranty
Every AnaClair piece comes with our standard Lifetime Warranty. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or experience a related issue during normal wear, we’re here to make it right – through hassle-free exchanges or returns.
Please note: Any alterations, repairs, resizing, or soldering performed by a third party (outside AnaClair) will void the warranty.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@anaclair.com with clear photos of the item. Our team will assist you promptly.
Manufacturing Defects
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects at no cost to you. If you believe your piece qualifies, please email hello@anaclair.com with the following:
- Clear photos from all angles of the jewelry.
- Your name, order number, or the email used at checkout.
Once received, our team will carefully review your claim and follow up with the next steps.
What’s Not Covered
Not all issues are considered manufacturing defects. The following are examples of conditions not covered under our Lifetime Warranty:
- Discoloration or fading caused by exposure to water (pools, hot tubs, showers) or harsh chemicals in daily products.
- Bent or damaged pieces resulting from accidental impact.
- Signs of wear.
- Loose or missing stones caused by bent prongs, chipped settings, or mishandling.
Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

Have you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind about the style? No problem. You can request an exchange 30 days from the delivery date.
